4. Device Compatibility

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your eSIM will be delivered immediately upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Refunds may be issued if the eSIM has not been activated and installed
• Once an eSIM is activated, refunds are generally not available
• Technical issues that prevent activation may qualify for a refund upon review
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

7. eSIM Activation and Usage

• eSIM activation instructions are provided with your purchase
• Data plans have specific validity periods as indicated at the time of purchase
• Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires
• Service availability depends on network coverage in your location

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, as mobile network availability depends on third-party providers.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business.
